Dashboard

The dashboard gives a quick overview of data of all plants and parks in your portfolio in various panels.

Map

The map shows the parks and the plants, as well as the components and addresses. With path-tools you can paint objects like access routes and cable ducts in freely defined map layers.

CheckUp Board

The CheckUp Board compares the course of the power generated by a plant with the theoretically possible power according to the characteristic curve.

Calendar

Appointments, Deadlines and tasks arise with every job. The integrated calendar in rotorsoft helps you to plan and keep them.

weather forecast

rotorsoft offers an integrated weather forecast that works with official weather service data and supports you in planning measures and operations.

Logbook

The logbook is the central instrument of rotorsoft. Here all events are edited and prepared for evaluation. You can track processes and analyse the state of the plants and their behaviour.

Production losses

rotorsoft’s production loss assistant calculates failures for individual an multiple events, also according to the IEC standard.

Maintenance schedule

The maintenance schedule is a calendar listing of all planned processes over a definable period of time and is available for download as a PDF document.

Checklists

With the checklist module you can manage individual inspection schedules for e.g. maintenance teams in energy plants.

Error list

The error list provides a tabular overview of your processes and offers you as a dispatcher a useful communication tool

Our fleet management tool is the platform for live monitoring of plants based on their status and, if necessary, to initiate measures.

Downtime notification

The „downtime notification“ tool works in the background of rotorsoft and detects downtimes in systems, which can be transmitted to the power trading companies.

Components

You can use the Components function to map the structure of farms and plants. Components can be all possible resources and their properties that affect a power unit or a farm. The component tree can be as detailed as required.

Contract management

Record and monitor all project-related contracts with integrated deadline alerting. Create, check and send invoices and credit notes of any kind.

Compensation

Represent your earnings with time- or performance-dependent compensation rates also in monetary amounts. EEG, premiums, direct marketing costs, etc. can be represented.

Raw Data

Get an overview of the original data of your plants. Correct measurement errors and retain the original data in an audit-proof manner.

Data Import

Your plant data is read out fully automatically in the background, so that you do not have to take care of data acquisition and archiving.

External Sources

Events from park regulators and data loggers can be checked for error texts or status numbers and be forwarded to the appropriate plants. Integrate external measurement sensors, such as irradiation sensors or wind meters.

Evaluations

TR10 Analysis

With the TR10 analysis in rotorsoft, you can determine the availability according to TR10 and a extrapolation of the site yield for the current 5-year cycle and also a statement on possible adjustments to the basic commission.

Market Value

The rotorsoft feature for calculating the market value allows you to compare the location of your plant with those of other plants on the German market with regard to the development of the exchange price over time. This puts you in a better position when negotiating prices with your power trader.

With the transactions function, you can enter payments from invoices and credit notes and allocate or distribute them to individual plants. You can also convert your income equalisation payments into a theoretical production and use these values for evaluations.

We offer you various tools around the feed-in management (German: Einspeisemanagement — EisMan) that takes a lot of work off your hands. Our optimisation wizard gets the most out of your billing. Create standardised, approved invoices, also for Redispatch 2.0.

Use team filters to adapt your rotorsoft system to the team structures in your company. You can map responsibilities as you wish using predefinable filters. You can then switch between them with a simple click of the mouse.
